Returns

• Eligibility: Products can be returned within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

Refunds

• Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved Refunds: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10-15 business days.
• Non-Refundable Items: Pre-order items or items on sale are non-refundable unless defective.

Damaged or Defective Products
